I've been playing golf for about 4 weeks now, and my left wrist is starting to hurt pretty badly. It hurts the most if I twist it a little, and most of the pain comes from the area at the very top of my wrist where the bottom of my hand begins. If anyone knows of some things I could do to help it while i'm resting it, I'd be really grateful. Thanks
