He said the neutral force should be deployed to all parts of South Sudan to help bring peace, noting the force should hit the ground immediately.

TOKYO, July 7 (Xinhua) -- The Nikkei stock index closed down 0. 37 percent Monday amid a lack of fresh cues as U.S. markets were closed for a long weekend.
