Prices of industrial products rose 2.8 percent in June, while diesel and gasoline prices rose 21.9 percent and 19.3 percent, respectively.
Prices for electricity, natural gas and tap water rose 0.3% in July from year to year.
The price of government services fell 0.5%, but the price of private services increased 2.7%.
